  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel a booked session with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled without notice may be charged in full.
  • Refunds are offered in accordance with UK consumer law and at the discretion of Roni’s Fit Quest. For online services, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet commenced.

  • Participation in physical training, exercise, and nutrition programs carries inherent risks. Roni’s Fit Quest is not liable for any injury or health issue that may result from participation.
